We are looking for a site supervisor to join our team at Proficiency Design and Build based in London. As a Construction Site Supervisor you will work as part of our Construction Office team supporting construction projects and all the teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of specialist contractors
- Recording, control and reporting of progress on a construction project
- Obtaining prices from approved suppliers
- Pre-construction budgeting
- Ensure resources and materials are sourced at competitive rates within required timescales.
- Manage site Health & Safety, ensuring projects meet all company procedures and legal legislation, undertaking regular safety inspections.
- Checking and preparing site reports, checking designs and drawings
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a construction related environment
- Flexible attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Problem solving/Attention to detail and proactive approach
- Commitment to safety
- Well organised and able to meet deadlines
- Excellent people management skills
- Essential: SSSTS
- At least 3 years as a site supervisor
Good to have
The candidate is required to have basic computer skills such as Outlook emails, MS Word and Excel will be required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £31,400.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday & Weekend availability
